Ordered a few bottles from lebonvin.co.uk and they turned up in perfect shape. Packaging was solid, nothing moving around in the box. Happy with it and I’d order again.

I ordered a mixed case i was surprised by how good it was. Every bottle we opened was really decent?? The reds had nice depth, and the white was fresh without that cheap taste you sometimes get. I’d definitely buy it again.

I’d checked a few other spots and couldn’t find the bottle I was looking for anywhere, but they actually had it in stock. Compared to the running around I’d already done, this was a easy win.

My wine order arrived with one bottle missing, which was annoying because I’d bought it for the weekend. I emailed them and didn’t hear back straight away, so I started getting a bit worried.
I also tried calling, but I got transferred around a couple of times, which was frustrating and made it feel like no one really knew who should deal with it. After a couple of days they did reply though, and they sent the missing bottle out.
It arrived fine in the end, and they did apologise, so I can’t say they ignored the problem. Not a perfect experience, but they fixed it eventually. I’d probably use them again, just hoping the packing and customer service are a bit smoother next time
